Our Mission

Our Mission

The Mino’s Work Program (MWP) mission is to continue educating young adults with autism and other developmental disabilities to improve their quality of life, enhance their independence, improve their employment readiness, and increase their integration into the community. MWP will fulfill this mission by providing a structured environment where those who are served by MWP will receive hands-on learning, emotional support, and unconditional acceptance in a safe environment. MWP will focus on delivering services to adults who have autism and other developmental disabilities. Particular attention will be given to meeting the needs of those young adults aged 21 and older.
